Nosaka

和酒和食 の坂 恵比寿

At Nosaka, sashimi and Toyama-style drinking snacks pair naturally with sake. Diners have also praised the tempura and tender simmered dishes. Choose à la carte or from set menus with or without sashimi.

01 / ABOUT THE PLACE

About this place

The beef and daikon simmered until tender is wonderfully soft, while the pike conger tempura is crisp outside and light inside. At Nosaka, seafood takes centre stage, with each dish—from simmered items to tempura—offering a different texture and a chance to find a sake pairing.

The Toyama-style sashimi platter is offered in selections of 1 to 6 pieces. Other tempting choices include Toyama sweet shrimp dressed with sea cucumber entrails and octopus listed on the menu as tender-simmered. Diners have mentioned enjoying seasonal sashimi and softly simmered octopus, making this a fitting choice for an evening built around seafood and drinking snacks.

The sake list includes Katsukoma, Jikon and Denshu, and some diners come specifically for Toyama's local sake. You can order several individual dishes or choose a set menu with food and a final meal. The menu lists an all-7-course set with sashimi for 8,250 yen, as well as a lighter all-6-course set for 6,600 yen that generally leaves out sashimi. Requests for dishes can also be made with the set menus, offering some flexibility for groups and diners with particular preferences.

This small restaurant has counter seating and one private room, with a calm interior that makes generous use of wood. For a quiet meal as a pair or in a small group in Ebisu, booking ahead is recommended.
